I was very impressed with his recall. He wasn't too interested in other dogs (independence from his dam showing) but he wasn't nervous either, just.. more interested in me! We managed to snag in our test righttt before the snow started, good for Po to not get too cold |

This was Arcana's first meeting with our neighbor's Spanish Mastiff, Echo. Arcana was not at all intimidated, but rather curious about this giant dog. After a couple of sniffs, Arcana was keen on playing with Echo. She surprisingly got Echo's playful side to come out, but then again, a puppy's energy is infectious, and so they began to happily play with each other. We left our neighbor's house content and Arcana was happy she made a new friend. [/div] |

Surprisingly, her biggest adversary throughout the whole trip was the scale and it didn't take long for her to overcome that - she let the vet handle her without issue, made best friends with the various staff, and was happy, engaged, eager to interact and confident even with all the strange dogs and sims that approached her. |

We decided to take Arishem outside for his BTT testing because of the beautiful weather. It has been a privilege to follow this little man from birth to now. Nocturne prides itself on our up-to-date training methods and Arishem is a proud result of that.
His basic commands are usually really great. Only losing focus now and then if the distractions are quite big, but while doing the BTT outside he behaved exceptionally! His socialisation has been going very well and he is quite a well mannered pup when confronted with new faces. He prefers the companionship of his family, but playing with the lovely Butch did loosen him up some more. Arishem has a bright future ahead of him and we are so excited for it! So very proud of our efforts for the Giant Schnauzer breed. |
