Introduce Yourself[/div][/ul] Create a Kennel Thread[/a]. This thread should include basic information on your kennel as well as a link to your website if you have one. Add as much or as little details as you wish to, be creative as this is your kennel's representation on this forum. Creating a kennel thread also serves as a way of reserving your kennel's name and prefix.[/div][/ul] Register your Dogs[/a] and fill out the respective form, either the adult form for adult dogs or the puppy form if you wish to register a whole litter together. Once you have filled out the forms and the dog has been approved for registration you will receive a PM with your dog's new registration number. Per dog, $100 will be removed from your account. If there is an active breed club for the breed of your dogs you must register with that club instead of with the SIKC directly. [/div][/ul] Enter into Competitions[/a], which apply to each and every competition hosted by the SIKC, as well as the respective competition type guidelines. Once you have read the relevant threads you can post your entry in the competition thread using the form provided in the thread's first post. [/div][/ul] Host your own Competitions[/a], which contain the rules for hosting your own competitions. If you would like your competition to be SIKC-affiliated, which means that members will receive points upon entering, your show must follow these rules as well as the competition type guidelines. Once you have read the relevant threads, apply for affiliation by filling out the form in this thread. If you do not wish to be affiliated you can make up your own rules for your show or trial and you do not need to apply before starting it.[/div][/ul] Keep Track of Points[/a] within the SIKC your dog has to earn a certain amount of points, which you will receive if you place or participate in competitions. It's up to you to keep track of these points and you can do so by either adding a show records section to the dog profiles on your website or by creating a thread in the show records subforum. In any case, show records must be publicly available and state how many points your dog earned in which competitions. It would be best if you linked each show so that when you apply for a title it will take us less time to confirm it.[/div][/ul] Offer Services[/a].[/div][/ul]
