Hey there!
I'm considering adding a new title that can be obtained by puppies (8 weeks - 1 year 11 months) via a Training Test but I'd like to make sure that there's enough interest before doing so. So if you could vote Yes or No on the poll that would be helpful!
The title would be a COA, Certificate of Achievement, that would be added after your suffix and following titles ie Gch PRE’s Registered Name suffix ACh FGCh CGC COA. This would be a title that your puppy would carry into the general circuit but would also not be obtainable by dogs already to old to participate (if this ends up being something people enjoy an equivalent for older dogs may be possible).
Your puppy would require 10 points to earn the COA title (possibly along with an award/ribbon). These points can be obtained through getting a passing grade for a Beginners Training Program (5 points) and getting a passing grade for a Advance Training Program (5 points), your puppy must pass the Beginners Program to enter the Advance Program.
Points may also be obtained by earning a passing grade for a Beginners Training Program (5 points) and competing in an Under 2 Trial (5 points), your puppy does not have to place nor does it earn more points for placing -- they simply have to participate. If going this route completion of the Advance Training is not required.
The Beginners Training Program will be running contentiously and you will be able to enter a puppy at any point in time, the Advance Training Program will run once every other week and be opened for a, as of yet, undetermined length of time. Under 2 Trials can be hosted by any Breed Club or SIKC member, as long as the host applies for and is accepted as an affiliate a puppy that enters will be awarded 5 points towards the COA title.
Beginner programs will include 3 tests that must be completed.
Advance program will include 4 tests that must be completed.
I'd also like to see a short write up about how the puppy did during the tests (ie "Eyrie did great meeting all the new faces, he waited calmly until directed to greet others and played well once allowed") but I wouldn't make it a requirement unless people were interested.
Feel free to ask questions if any of that is confusing, or give any sort of feedback

Beginner programs will include 3 tests that must be completed.
- Come When Called - puppy must come to handler, without hesitation, when their name is called.
- Sit, Lie Down, or Stand on Command - puppy must complete any of the three without hesitation and without treat motivation.
- Sociability - puppy must be in a room with other dogs and/or sims and appear happy and eager to see new faces.
Advance program will include 4 tests that must be completed.
- Walk Without Pulling - puppy and their handler must walk around an area, puppy must stay relaxed and not pull on the lead without treat motivation.
- Stay - puppy must be sitting or laying down and remain calm while handler leaves the room for a few minutes.
