Promoting reputable breeders who put the well-being, health, and longevity of their dogs above profit.
Join in the fun and show off your current or future Champions! The Breeders Showcase is a space for reputable dog breeders to come together and show off their dogs to potential future owners or breeding partners - be it your young pups that have come out of solid dogs who have a bright future ahead of them, up and coming untitled dogs, or seasoned titled dogs that a kennel intends to breed in the future.

This show is affiliated with the SIKC! Dogs will earn points and this show will count towards a COA Under 2 trial participation. |
REQUIREMENTS» Dogs must be purebred and intact to participate.
» Dogs may be of any group including Novus.
» Dogs must be over the age of 2 years and untitled* to participate in the General Class.
» Dogs must be under the age of 2 years to participate in the Youngster Class.
» Dogs must be over the age of 2 years and have at least one Champion title* to participate in the Champion Class.
» Handlers must be over the age of 17 years to participate.
» Off standard dogs may enter this show if they are still breeding stock. This does not include albino dogs of any breed.
*untitled - this does include dogs with testing titles (COA, CGC, ect).
*champion title - this includes all first level and above titles for the various disciplines (SCh, Ch, GCh, ect).
| SETTING» Arena must be indoors (green or red carpet). » Puppies and Small Dog "Puppies" must be on the ground for stacks unless they're a small dog breed. » Handlers must wear professional or formal attire, both pants and skirts are allowed. » Dogs must wear a thin, neutral-coloured show leash for this competition. Check under the spoiler tag for examples of acceptable, unedited, single image exercises. |

SHOW RULES
Please make sure you're clear on the rules and that you follow them when participating. Keep in mind that participating dogs must compete in the correct class, be purebred and intact, and must be registered with the SIKC. Pictures of an incorrect size, death, pregnancy/nursing, retirement of a dog before results are posted, additional pictures exceeding the required amount, or editing of a post without permission from an Admin, Mod, or Judge will result in disqualification!
CLASSES
» Youngster Class // Dogs in this class must be under 2 years of age at the time of entry submission.
» General Class // This class is for dogs that have not yet received a Champion title - dogs with testing titles belong in this class.
» Champion Class // This class is for dogs that have received a Champion level rank title.

DUO REQUIREMENTS
» Priority for same breed duos should be given though is not required (ex. gsd/gsd over gsd/dobe).
» Priority for duos of opposite sex should be given though is not required (ex. female/male over female/female).
» Duos must be same age bracket (ex. under 2 must be paired with an under 2).
» Duos must be same class (ex. no champion/untitled duos).
» Single dogs may not be entered in this showcase.
» Up to 2 handlers may be used.
| PICTURE REQUIREMENTS
» 3 Pictures required, one of the dogs stacked, one headshot of both dogs, and one of the dogs gaits.
Images may be edited together but are not required to be. Make sure that required images clearly show requirements on both dogs. See above spoiler tag for examples.
» Pictures must be exactly 800 x 450px, well lit and of good quality. Editing allowed within reason.
» Pictures must be focused on the dog but parts of the handler may be visible
» Images entered into previous shows may not be used.
» No additional images exceeding the required 3.
» One duo per post.
